On March 5, Mylla invites you to her first ever members' night — a full evening together with Jävligt Gott in Fucklig Gotts Matstudio at Fridhemsplan.

An evening created exclusively for Mylla's members, where we meet in the kitchen to cook really good food, talk about ingredients, taste and sustainability.

We cook with inspiration from all over the world, but always using Swedish ingredients from Mylla's pantry. Together we create a luxurious buffet where you can both join and cook the food, enjoy it afterwards and take part in a lecture and inspiration workshop on how sustainable food can be really — and damn — good.

**About the evening and why we do it**

The evening will be held and framed by me Sara who many will surely recognize from our channels and emails. I am the spider in the web when it comes to Mylla's creative expression, our marketing, communication and design.

I have been part of the Mylla family for just under a year and felt at home from day one - just as we hope you do too. This is a step in building something more than a marketplace, as a member we invite you as part of our context, a community and a place where you along with other members meet for inspiration and good food. \

The rest of the evening will be led by Gustav Johansson, founder of Jävligt Gott and co-founder of the restaurant ChouChou. Gustav is one of Sweden's most influential voices in plant-based and sustainable cooking. Inspired by ChouChou, he shares his key insights, techniques and experiences — and shows you how to cook restaurant-worthy food at home, with the ingredients and taste at the heart.

**Tonight's setup: **

17.30 - Welcome mingle with simple canapés and non-alcoholic bubbly

18.00-19.00 - Introduction and inspirational lecture with Mylla and Jävligt Gott

19.00-19.30 - Review of recipes and ingredients that we will work with during the evening

19.30-20.30 - Cooking

20.30-22.00 - Joint dinner with the food you cooked, together with Mylla and Gustav from Jävligt Gott

**Menu: **

Food: A buffet consisting of about 15 dishes inspired by flavors from all over the world, prepared with Swedish ingredients from Mylla. You will prepare 1-2 dishes per group of 2 during the evening and all recipes will be sent by mail afterwards.

**Drinks: ** Non-alcoholic options are included in the price. However, you are welcome to bring your own alcoholic beverages, which can be consumed on site. Drink suggestions will be sent out upon booking confirmation.
