**Welcome to a unique and interactive all-night experience led by Gustav Johansson, founder of Fuckin' Gott, where you get to enjoy a luxurious three-course menu inspired by Gustav's former restaurant ChouChou, but not only that: **\

The evening begins with Gustav welcoming you with a glass of bubbly, giving you an introduction to the philosophy behind his work and then cooking the entire menu with you during a couple of interactive hours where you are jointly responsible for both cooking, arranging and serving the food to you and the other guests. \
\
The evening ends with a thunderous dinner where you and the other guests take turns serving yourselves and your fellow travelers during the evening the result of your amazing crafts, and of course you will bring both the recipes and a lot of new experiences and insights with you home! \

The focus of the evening's menu is on new innovative ingredients that made the plant-based food at ChouChou possible and here you not only get to taste them but also squeeze, feel and work with them yourself so that you really understand them in depth.When you go home for the evening, we can guarantee that you will have a completely new outlook on what sustainable food is and can be. \

In the end, it's not sermons and must-haves that will change our view of food. It's making it simple and damn tasty. And, you will have had a hell of a lot of fun at the coup! \

**The evening includes: **

- Mingle with Gustav and the other guests
- Brief introduction to Gustav's and ChouChou's food philosophy
- A deep dive into the sustainable raw materials of the future and how to use them for the best results
- An interactive cooking session where you together with Gustav prepare, cook, lay out, and serve all the dishes during the evening. You get an insight into how raw materials are handled, laid out, and served, in a restaurant environment.
- A luxurious three-course dinner with wine suggestions. We apply BYOB - bring your own boose, and will send out wine suggestions before the event, so you can pair wine with the food we will serve. Bring what you like best, of course! Beer goes well, too.
- Hopefully you will also bring with you a new vision and understanding of sustainable food, and what our exciting ingredients can do for us.

Gustav Johansson, founder of Sweden's largest, plant-based platform; Jävligt Gott, and the restaurant ChouChou, is one of Sweden's most influential food profiles in plant-based nutrition. With ChouChou as inspiration, Gustav will guide you through the course, share his experiences and insights, and help you master the restaurant's most prized dishes. \

A little piece of Italy in the middle of Stockholm? Yes, at least during this evening. \
Italian cuisine is considered one of the best cuisines in the world, and that's no wonder. Good olive oil, sun-ripened tomatoes, and lots of herbs. During the evening we learn how to make pasta from scratch together with our Italian chef, Sofia.

Puttering stews, mealy hands, and lots of laughs. The evening offers a delightful experience with Italian tones, scents, and lots of inspiration.

You will get to enjoy great Italian food, meet new people and cook the food yourself. All this begins with an inspiring lecture from Gustav Johansson from Jävligt Gott who also leads the course during the evening.

**What happens during the evening (for those who like details) **

Upon arrival you will be welcomed by our host. When everyone is together, we start the evening with a tasting tour of Italian antipasti—modernized classic side dishes.

Then we cook together an Italian four-course dinner and end it with a real thunder dinner where you get to serve each other food, just like in a restaurant, but where you are also both cooks and waiters!

*Compared to other courses, we don't sell expensive wine packages, or let you hassle with card payment on the spot. Bring a bottle of wine from home or get recommendations from us that pair perfectly with the menu. Simple, smooth and much cheaper. However, non-alcoholic options are always in place. *
