During the day we go through equipment selection for the perfect result, the science behind tempering chocolate, and filling composition. Viktoriia teaches the art of creating shiny and colorful pralines with perfectly balanced taste and texture. We offer a good lunch and of course chocolate tasting. - All of this included

Meet our creator
Meet Viktoriia, our very own Willy Wonka! A dedicated chocolatier, pastry chef and founder of S-Foodies Cake and Chocolate Studio in Uppsala. With a genuine passion for her craft, she loves to share her knowledge and love for chocolate and pastries. Her book, Raw Sweet, was awarded the prize for Best Dessert Book at the Swedish Meal Literature of the Year 2023. In its workshops, Viktoriia offers a warm and inspiring environment for anyone curious to learn the noble art of chocolate.
