*Welcome to a unique and interactive all-night experience led by Gustav Johansson, founder of Fuckin' Gott, where you get to enjoy a luxurious three-course menu inspired by Gustav's former restaurant ChouChou, but not only that: *\ \ The evening begins with Gustav welcoming you with a glass of bubbly, giving you an introduction to the philosophy behind his work and then cooking the entire menu with you during a couple of interactive hours where you are jointly responsible for both cooking, arranging and serving the food to you and the other guests. \ \ The evening ends with a thunderous dinner where you and the other guests take turns serving yourselves and your fellow travelers during the evening the results of your amazing crafts, and of course you will bring both the recipes, goodiebags with some of the most exciting ingredients and a lot of new experiences and insights with your home! \ \ The focus of the evening's menu is on new innovative ingredients that made the plant-based food at ChouChou possible and here you not only get to taste them, but you get to squeeze, feel and work with them yourself so you really understand them in depth.When you go home for the evening, we can guarantee that you will have a completely new outlook on what sustainable food is and can be. \ \ Ultimately, it's not sermons and must-haves that will change our view of food. It's making it simple and damn tasty. And, you will have had a hell of a lot of fun at the coup! \ \ *The evening includes: * Mingle with Gustav and the other guests Brief introduction to Gustav's and ChouChou's food philosophy A deep dive into the sustainable raw materials of the future and how to use them for the best results An interactive cooking session where you together with Gustav prepare, cook, lay out, and serve all the dishes during the evening. You get an insight into how raw materials are handled, laid out, and served, in a restaurant environment. A luxurious three-course dinner with wine suggestions. Cucina Italiana: a luxurious all-night in Italian cuisine
A little piece of Italy in the middle of Stockholm? Yes, at least during this evening. \ Italian cuisine is considered one of the best cuisines in the world, and that's no wonder. Good olive oil, sun-ripened tomatoes, and lots of herbs. During the evening we learn how to make pasta from scratch together with our Italian chef, Sofia. Puttering stews, mealy hands, and lots of laughs. The evening offers a delightful experience with Italian tones, scents, and lots of inspiration. You'll get to enjoy amazing Italian food, meet new people and even learn how to make semolina pasta from scratch all by yourself. All this ends with a luxurious dinner and a creamy classic for dessert. *What happens during the evening (for those who like details) * Upon arrival you will be welcomed by our host. When everyone is together, we start the evening with a tasting tour of Italian antipasti—modernized classic side dishes. You get to taste Farinata, Involitini and Bagna càuda while hearing stories about their origin and manufacture. Meanwhile, our chef Sofia introduces herself and shares her culinary background, as well as her views on the role of food in the future. Then that stuff happens! With handsome aprons on, we gather around the tables to make our own pasta dough on semolina from scratch. Sofia will teach you what makes a good pasta dough - from the protein content of the flour, to the correct kneading technique. You'll learn to shape orecchiette, test new pasta shapes, and take on the final challenge: Fold elegant tortellini. When the pasta is fully formed, it is boiled and served. Here you will learn how to lay out on a plate like a true pro. After that, we enjoy a dinner of delicious pasta in our studio — an evening full of community and energy. As a luxury restaurant experience though better. Finally, a creamy tiramisu is served, prepared by Sofia 24 hours in advance. Can you guess the secret ingredient? As if this were not enough, you also get to bring your own box of orecchiette (ear-shaped fresh pasta) that you can invite family and friends to. Or why not give as a gift to someone you like? Buttery, crisp croissants, and a perfect coffee. But how do you succeed at home? Welcome to join Lovisa, founder of À La Lo Café on a journey through French pastries, and ground coffee beans. Learn the art of baking croissants and Pain au Chocolat from scratch, and get that perfect cup of coffee. \ \ Meet new people, learn a new craft, and eat a really good lunch together. Coffee and freshly baked croissants are also available! \ \ In this course you will learn the art of baking croissants and pain au chocolat from scratch. We go through the theory behind and all the steps to get to those nice layers and buttery flavor. While they ferment, we learn the basics of making a really good cup of coffee at home, from grinding the coffee beans to skimming the milk. The course is for anyone who wants to learn something new and fun. There is a light lunch and afterwards we have coffee together and get to know each other. *About your course supervisor: * Lovisa has always worked with coffee and food. During her years in Paris, she fell for French cuisine and pastries and brought her inspiration home to Stockholm to open À la Lo café & cantine. They became known for their decadent brunch dishes and “buttery” croissants that made it all the way to the final of the French Embassy's competition “Stockholm's Best Croissant”. Now she is training as a product developer and designer at KTH and holds courses in baking at Jävligt Gott Academy.
